Climate:Change is Brighton and Hove's new think-tank on socially inclusive climate action in the City. See www.climatechangebh.org.uk.

We have been going for just over a year, and have been able to deliver quite a bit in terms of public  meetings, Briefing Papers , Opinion Pieces, book reviews and so on. We are working across a dozen workstreams with a team of workstream leaders and volunteers, all unpaid. We do not have an office. Our budget is vanishingly small, and derived entirely from small donations. 

As we grow, we desperately need help: to support governance, systematise the finances, manage the admin and meetings, and help prepare funding proposals. A day a week would be amazing. We can't afford to pay, unfortunately, though the role might grow.

This is probably not a role for somebody just starting out. We need an experienced hand to take charge of our back office functions. If you think you might be that person, please contact us and send a cv.

• We use Mailchimp, Eventbrite and Google Docs/Sheets, as well as Word and Excel.
• The website is with SquareSpace.
• We have LinkedIn, X and BlueSky accounts.
