A bit about the role:

  • To create a warm and welcoming environment for our clients.
  • To prepare, cook and serve the breakfast items.

What will I be doing?

  •  Greeting clients.
  •  Taking their breakfast orders.
  •  Serving hot and cold drinks.
  •  Preparing, cooking and serving the breakfast food.
  •  After breakfast session has finished to clean the kitchen (floors, worktops, oven, etc)
  •  We have three volunteers on each shift with one volunteer taking the responsibility of cooking and the other two volunteers supporting the cook.

Practical Considerations

  • This service will not be open until mid December 
  • Living locally to Horsham area or happy to travel (site is located outside of town centre)
  • Parking available on site
  • Times & Commitment: 8:00-11:00am.

When do I need to be available?

Details Times & Commitment: 8:00-11:00am - flexibility around days/shifts but would require some level of commitment

  • Induction
    Before you start your volunteering, you will be invited to an induction.  During this induction we will share with you our Volunteering Handbook.
