The Rottingdean Whiteway Centre is an educational and community centre providing a range of courses and activities throughout the year. The Bursar is a member of the Management Committee and is responsible for the day to day running of the centre. This includes managing the part-time caretakers and cleaners and ensuring there is stock of the necessary cleaning and refreshment consumables.

It is necessary to make short visits to the centre around 2 - 3 times a week, all together taking an estimated 1 hour per week. The Bursar is also expected to attend the monthly evening Management Committee meetings.

Practical Considerations

The Whiteway Centre is off the Green in Rottingdean and is on the number 2 bus route and five minutes walk from the 12, 14 and 12 and 27 bus routes.

There is car parking.

When do I need to be available?
