Cards are handmade by our crafting volunteers to be sent to residents without family and friends or those suffering isolation to help combat loneliness and bring joy, hope and connection.
Being responsible for organising how the cards are distributed across West Sussex, coordinating between volunteers and care homes, delivery of the cards or arranging others to deliver.
