On Wednesdays Worthing Homes provides a a free computer and digital skills sessions to the community. Classes are taught by our lead tutor and one to one sessions are delivered by out Volunteers Tutors. 

Volunteer Tutor provide support to and teaching to students whilst adapting to their needs. Encouraging learners to develop skills and improve confidence. Whether its helping someone navigate a new smart phone, setting up an email account or introducing someone to the digital world. 

Skills

We are looking for individuals who have good practical experience of using computers, a friendly welcoming approach and are comfortable helping others. A good working knowledge of MS Office applications, Google apps and online platforms is preferred. Previous teaching experience or learner support would be nice to have but not essential for the role.

Practical Considerations

The service is only available on Wednesday's, however hours flexible during the day.

There is no parking on site however Bus Stop outside and 10 minute walk from train station.
