As our Lead Trustee for Strategy and Partnerships you will help us to build sustainable partnerships with schools and colleges, community groups, local authorities and local businesses. This will allow more settings to engage with our work and develop routes to fundraising, so that we can reach more young women who will thrive from the support we provide.

At Flourish we offer the following services free of charge:

  • One-to-one mentoring where a young woman is therapeutically-matched with a volunteer mentor for up to two years. We’re proud to be currently supporting over 50 mentoring partnerships.
  • Bespoke, expert-led workshops in a variety of local educational and other settings. Since we started a few years ago our workshops have reached just under 500 young women in our community.

We’re committed to co-creating our interventions with our fantastic community of mentees and volunteer mentors. We’re passionate about equity and empowerment and are proudly LGBTQIA+ inclusive
