As a Men's Group Leader, you will be facilitating a small group of men in a small friendly pub to meet up in a laid-back informal environment. The group can be shaped to the needs of the client group and can be run as is convenient to the leader which could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, for up to 2 hours. Clients can buy their own drinks as needed from the bar.

Skills
We are looking for people who are:
- Ideally a male to facilitate this specific type of group
- Understanding of the needs of older people
- Understanding of the need to observe confidentiality in informal settings
- Kind, empathic and patient
- Fun and have a friendly character
- Keen on meeting people and supporting them to love later life.
