Patient Viewpoint Facilitator Volunteers (Mental Health Inpatient Wards)

Help ensure patient voice leads to real change.
CAPITAL is recruiting Patient Viewpoint Volunteer Facilitators (PVP) to work across inpatient mental health wards in West Sussex:
- Langley Green (Crawley)
- Meadowfield (Worthing)
- Oaklands (Chichester).
In this role, you’ll speak with patients about their experiences, listen to what matters to them, and capture feedback in a structured way—helping ensure their voices directly influence service improvement.
Your work will:
- Feed into NHS Trust quality and feedback systems
- Be shared with ward teams and service leads
- Inform independent lived experience insight work
- Support ongoing improvement alongside Recovery Workers.

This is a volunteer role. You will not provide advice or direct support to patients. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
