Help ensure patient voice leads to real change.

CAPITAL is recruiting Patient Viewpoint Volunteer Facilitators (PVP) to work across inpatient mental health wards in West Sussex:

  • Langley Green (Crawley)
  • Meadowfield (Worthing)
  • Oaklands (Chichester).

In this role, you’ll speak with patients about their experiences, listen to what matters to them, and capture feedback in a structured way—helping ensure their voices directly influence service improvement.

Your work will:

  • Feed into NHS Trust quality and feedback systems
  • Be shared with ward teams and service leads
  • Inform independent lived experience insight work
  • Support ongoing improvement alongside Recovery Workers.

Important: 
This is a volunteer role. You will not provide advice or direct support to patients. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
