- Assist Director to run a single parent family organisation
- communicating with other volunteers re delegated tasks and information (we are all unpaid volunteers)
- assist with office bookings, management of office (on a Friday usually)
- assist with SPIN accounts relating to both members and volunteers.
Skills
- ideally already know how to take minutes of a committee meeting
- helpful if have done accounts but not essential
- confident in using outlook, word, excel
- flexibility re finding out information on behalf of a member, contacting a member for a meeting
- uploading information on FB and on website & any other member systems.

Practical Considerations
Office is based in central Brighton - volunteer will need own laptop to work there and from home
the location of the office is listed on our website under 'volunteering for SPIN'.
When do I need to be available?
| Details | volunteers usually meet x 1 pw currently a Friday so this is essential but flexibility is required because we have to book the office space ourselves. emails will be sent during the week and ideally some are processed from home too. |
