We are looking for passionate people to join our Board of Trustees and help shape our future.
Being a Secretary Trustee you will ensure the charity operates smoothly, with effective governance, clear communication and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will:
- Prepare agendas and circulate papers for trustee and committee meetings
- Take accurate minutes and record key decisions and action points
- Maintain trustee records, including terms of office and contact details
- Act as point of contact for official correspondence
- Support the induction of new board members
- With the Chair ensure meetings and decisions are well organised and documents
