Symbiosis Co-Mentoring Programme

The Symbiosis: A Co-Mentoring Programme With A Difference is running for its second year!

It is a fully funded programme - so free to everyone to get involved. 

We are looking for anyone 18 + who wants to be matched with someone from another generation based on your interests and needs.

Our programme is about building intergenerational connections with nature as a guide, brought to you by Wild Purpose and Youth the Gap.

Are you in need of space to reflect, time in nature and human connection?

Wisdom doesn’t necessarily come with age and fresh ideas aren’t just exclusive to youth!

Skills

Our programme is all about intergenerational connections and we believe everyone has skills and experience to share.  
It is particularly important to those who love nature and want to get out into nature.  
It is for anyone who wants to be curious and have human connection, particularly across generations.

Practical Considerations

We have two online sessions to complete before being matched with a mentor.  They go through how the mentoring works and gives guidance and advice on how to make a successful mentoring relationship. 

We have a Symbiosis six session guide that you can use for your mentoring relationship, giving a framework and structure to develop your co-mentoring relationship.
