About Dad La Soul:
Fatherhood in the UK is in crisis. With 4.5 million dads and male carers facing isolation, stress, and a lack of support, 84 men under 45 die by suicide every week—many of them fathers. Dad La Soul is here to change that. We’re a pioneering social enterprise on a mission to connect dads, break down barriers, and build a community that supports mental health and combats loneliness.

But to sustain our vital initiatives, we need to boost sales of our ethically sourced, boldly designed merchandise.

The Role: Boost Sales, Fund Playdates, and Save Lives:
We’re looking for a Volunteer E-Commerce Expert to develop and implement a high-impact strategy to promote our merchandise. Your role will be pivotal in helping us drive traffic, increase sales, and raise awareness of the challenges dads face. But this isn’t just about boosting numbers—it’s about ensuring every T-shirt sold helps connect a dad to the support he needs.

Practical Considerations

• Our office in central Worthing on the second floor of Colonnade House (no lift).
• Dad La Soul is a project that focuses on the challenging social isolation in dads but we actively welcome applications from people from the widest possible range of backgrounds.
• Remote volunteering is available for this role.

When do I need to be available?

Details	We estimate the initial strategy development and setup will take about 20-30 hours over the first month, followed by 4-6 hours per week for ongoing optimisation, performance tracking, and content adjustments. We’re flexible with your schedule and value every hour you commit to helping us drive this mission forward.
