The Black and Minority Ethnic Young People's Project (BMEYPP) works with young people who are Black, Asian, Arab and Multiple Heritage aged 11 25. We provide safe spaces and deliver a range of youth projects and activities.

Our Mentoring Project provides support for young people aged 11 to 18 who are dealing with a number of issues, for example, self esteem and confidence, personal racism, school, education risks of exclusion, social isolation, to name a few.

Some young people are care experienced, others may have recently migrated to the UK.

We also note the increase in numbers of young people who are neuro diverse and the additional challenges they face.

Our mentors meet regularly with young people, provide a lstening ear, act as positive role models and provide guidance and inspiration for young people to make positive decisions about their lives.
