About Dad La Soul:
In the UK, 4.5 million dads and male carers face isolation, stress, and a lack of support every day,
Tragically, 84 men under 45 die by suicide each week, many of them fathers who feel they have no one to turn to. At Dad La Soul, we’re changing that narrative. We create a safe, inclusive community for dads through peer-led support, storytelling, and events—because when dads are talking, they’re not dying.

The Role: Help Dads Find Us When They Need Us Most:
As a Volunteer SEO Expert, you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly contribute to saving lives by ensuring our life-changing content is easily found online. You’ll be responsible for conducting a full technical SEO audit of our website, making strategic recommendations, and crucially, implementing those changes to increase our visibility.

• Competitor and Keyword Research
• Reporting and Strategy Execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in conducting SEO audits, strategy development, and implementation.
  
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• The ability to work independently, turning recommendations into action without needing constant oversight.

• Our office in central Worthing on the second floor of Colonnade House (no lift).
• Dad La Soul is a project that focuses on the challenging social isolation in dads but we actively welcome applications from people from the widest possible range of backgrounds.
• Remote volunteering is available for this role.
  

When do I need to be available?

Details	We estimate the initial SEO audit and implementation will take around 15-25 hours, with ongoing maintenance and strategy adjustments requiring 4-8 hours per week. We’re flexible and realistic with your time and appreciate any time you can offer to this life-changing work.
