About the Role
We are looking for some friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to help out with our Creating Connections Seated Exercise sessions on Wednesday mornings.
Creating Connections is a prevention service for those aged 65 and over. It aims to reduce loneliness and isolation in Worthing through companionship, shared interests, and community participation.
The session run between 10am – 12pm every Wednesday at Lovett Court, address at Lovett Court, Maybridge Square, Worthing BN12 6HB
Skills
What will I be doing? - Tasks & Duties
- Give a warm welcome to our members at the beginning of session
- Form, sustain and develop relationships with our members
- Offer assistance with tasks, including serving tea, coffee and dish washing
- Socialising with members
- No experience needed!
