There are also opportunities to support our school holiday activities. You will form part of our youth work team at the sessions where you will help to support young people, help young people feel valued and listened to, and help build up their self confidence and social skills.
Duties include
• Assisting the youth work team in running various activities
• Helping young people to carry out the activities.
• Providing a listening ear to any young people who wish to talk
• Assisting in set up and clear up of drop in sessions.
Benefits
Practical Considerations
Our Hub is opposite Lancing train station and situated near good local bus routes. The sessions we run are after school and last around an hour and a half. Our summer holiday programme is either half or full days and the activities are nearly always off site.
